1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the relationship between TrustTraffic LLP (BIN: 221240002823), hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", and any individual using the website thai-license.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and ordering the Contractor's services, hereinafter referred to as the "User".
1.2. The Contractor is a private consulting agency and is not an official representation, embassy, consulate, or any other government body of the Kingdom of Thailand.
1.3. Using the Site and ordering services constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
2.1. The Contractor provides the User with consulting and informational services related to the preparation of documents for obtaining the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV).
2.2. The services include: document auditing, assistance in filling out application forms, consultations on gathering missing certificates, and building a visa case.
2.3. The Contractor does not issue visas and has no ability to influence the decisions of the Thai immigration authorities. The User is informed that they can apply for a visa independently on the official website thaievisa.go.th.
3.1. The cost of the Contractor's services is indicated on the Site. Payment is made by the method chosen by the User before the start of the provision of services.
3.2. The cost of the Contractor's services does not include mandatory government consular fees (e.g., 10,000 THB for processing the application). Consular fees are paid by the User separately.
4.1. A full refund for the Contractor's services is possible before the actual start of work with the User's documents (before the initial consultation or document audit).
4.2. If the Contractor has completed the document audit and prepared the visa case, the service is considered fully rendered, and the funds are non-refundable.
4.3. Visa refusal by the Thai consulate is not grounds for a refund for the consulting services provided by the Contractor, as the decision is made by an independent government body. The paid consular fee is also non-refundable by the consulate in case of refusal.
5.1. The User undertakes to provide the Contractor with exclusively reliable, complete, and up-to-date information and authentic documents.
5.2. In case the User provides forged or false documents, the Contractor has the right to immediately terminate the Agreement without a refund.
5.3. The Contractor undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the User's personal data and use them exclusively for the purpose of preparing the visa application.
6.1. The Contractor is not liable for visa refusals, delays in the processing of documents by the consulate, changes in Thai visa legislation, or any losses incurred by the User due to these circumstances.
